Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this property

This is my second stay at the same hotel. During my first stay, I was provided a room on the 7th floor, where everything was perfect, including the mini bar, food service, and overall experience. However, this time, I was given a room on the 1st floor. The mini bar was empty, and the food quantity was inconsistent—sometimes they provided more, and other times less, for the same price.

The Jaipur Marriot is not far from the airport, so not in walking distance of any of the main sights or amenities of Jaipur. However, it is easy to arrange a car to take you wherever you want to go, at reasonable expense. We found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. There are a variety of eating options within the hotel with great quality food and excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived until my departure, I experienced service that consistently exceeded expectations. The culinary experience at Okra, the hotel's dining venue, was a highlight of my visit. The buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner were truly amazing, boasting a diverse and delectable spread that catered to every palate. Each dish was prepared with evident care and attention to detail, making every meal a genuine pleasure. What truly sets the Jaipur Marriott apart is its remarkable staff. Every interaction was marked by attentiveness, respect, and genuine politeness. The team consistently provided a 5-star level of service, anticipating needs and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special mention must be made for the concierge, Harshvardhan. His support was invaluable, characterized by excellent communication and insightful recommendations that truly enhanced my experience in Jaipur.
