Their staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. We felt rather pempered at this property . From front desk, concierge and dining options were excellent . They made us feel like we were the only guests ( and there were many guests ) . They accommodated any request for dining you may have . Very disappointed. The hotel was taken over by weddings and other events during our stay, which completely ruined the environment we were expecting from a heritage palace hotel. There was loud music playing till 2 AM - so loud that we couldn't go to sleep. There were drunk people in the hallways knocking on our doors. When we called the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. Not at all the level of service we expect from Taj, and not worth the price. Although the hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent, we would strongly recommend staying away from this place during the wedding or holiday season.
