Our spotless room offered unmatched comfort, with air‑conditioning and sleep quality that set a new standard, plus breathtaking night views of the palace lit up in grandeur.The staff’s warmth elevated the experience, especially Akash at Shrot restaurant, who made our meals feel personal and memorable. Dining was superb, with carefully crafted dishes often accompanied by live traditional performances. Evening activities like pottery, mandala painting, and lac bangle making added charm, while kulhad chai sealed the cultural touch.Most importantly, our son was made to feel special throughout, which turned a luxurious stay into a heartfelt family memory. Beautiful property, stunning. Loved our welcome showered with petals. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel special. The food was excellent, the spa treatments absolutely amazing. We used Pritivi, our driver from the hotel for all our excursions and he was trustworthy, friendly and such a lovely person. Loved our stay.

Excellent property and excellent service! Super luxurious and amazing breakfast service. The pool is nice but you can hear the noise of the streets. Definitely will book again on my next stay in Jaipur when I go to work. The location is very convenient in Mansarovar and near the airport.

We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Jaipur while travelling from the UK for a family wedding and booked three rooms. The hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. Also, thank you for excellent customer service and support throughout. A wonderful experience overall. We’re already looking forward to visiting again in a few months.

Absolutely amazing stay

Absolutely would recommend this amazing hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Jaipur. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble . The hotel welcomes all its guest with a traditional cocktail and a small ceremony to make you feel right at home. Best hotel we have stayed in ever ! 😊
