Amazing 10 out of 10 breakfast was great so much to choose from we ordered room service and the service and food were great Jaime the server was there every morning to greet us very professional and always asking if we needed anything we will 100 percent go back and stay there we have found our go to Hotel when we go visit family

What a wonderful property. Close to everything, yet quiet. The breakfast buffet was amazing - huge selection and so tasty. Housekeeping staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay at Meson del Valle again. The gardens were beautiful.

The hotel is older, the rooms are small but the shower is large, but it could use a vent. The AC was noisy, but it was okay because it downed the sound of someone moving something a floor above or the elevator...not sure what it was but it was non stop. The pool looked nice and clean but be warned that there are plenty of mosquitoes. The buffet is excellent!!!! The staff was accommodating!

We loved this place. We spent one nights here and it was very clean and comfortable. The new rooms that we got was amazing, it had everything we needed. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The waiters in the restaurants were helpful and friendly. There was a lot of variety at the breakfast buffet. They had a chef making chilaquiles and eggs to order. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. I love it here. I will be coming back for sure.

Property was really nice..pool was under construction and doesn't mention before booking on their website. Beds too small not comfortable, no safe, mini fridge, coffee maker, or iron in room and gym needs more updated equipment, dumbbells etc...its priced too high for a night and needs some major updates!
