Everything was great with this place, expect that it doesn’t have hot water. However, it was so hot in Jaco that the water ultimately felt good sometimes. The location is conveniently located in the middle of both the beach and every local shop, grocery stores, food, restaurants, bars, bus stops, etc. another note is that your not permitted to bring any friends or visitors to your room, I understand over night guest but I couldn’t believe no visitors. You do get free breakfast at the restaurant that’s right by the lobby. Overall, the place was clean and the people were nice.

Great for a night!

Breakfast was great because it was freshly made and free since it comes with the stay! our room specifically didnt have the best ac and our toilet seat broke off. The room also didn't have blankets for the bed and only had sheets with a table runner on top. The service overall was okay and is a good option in case your in a bind👍

The property might be old but the interior is clean, sealed, for good ac cooling. Very very friendly staff, gated from outside for nighttime safety. About 100’ walk to the beach.

To begin with the positives: clean, close to the beach, close to shops and shops in Jaco Central. A bonus is taxis that are very inexpensive (1000-1200 colines). And a few less positives: My first room was #4 and it was so noisy between the washing machine next door AND being next to the kitchen/gathering area for the workers. #2 was room 16 and the room was lovely BUT there was a compressor that came on every 15 minutes (I timed it) and lasted 2-3 minutes (timed that too). I would not recommend the following rooms due to noise conditions: 4, 5, 10-12, and 15-17. Otherwise as pictured and described on Trip Advisor.

Piénselo mejor! Este hotel es bastante básico, cuartos muy simples y super viejos. No hay nada que hacer, no hay piscina y las zonas comunes están deterioradas. El servicio de desayuno es pésimo, duran casi media hora para entregar un desayuno básico. Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la ubicación. Si puede, busque otro hotel con mejores condiciones, yo no volvería.
