The service was Excellent!!! The employees did a fantastic job and they were completely kind and professional. I felt completely comfortable the security at night and overnight was always on duty and very helpful. The restaurant bar staff and the cleaning staff were all very pleasant and enjoyable to be around. I had such a good time I will return in September for my Birthday!

The Oz Hotel is just fine. The Sports bar has TONS of flat screens and the menu and food are great. The other great thing is that the hotel is right in the middle of town so totally walkable

The housekeeping services and the staff at the bar was amazing. Loved rhe music vibes and pool table at the bar. Unfortunately i didn't go into the pool with the swim up bar bur I will definitely return the next time i visit Jaco.
