Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast, with nice surroundings where macaws and other birds are often visible. Families should note that room doors aren’t toddler-proof and balconies could be unsafe for small children. Playa Mantas is nearby (parking can be tricky and costly). Playa Blanca requires additional fee and isn’t accessible through the hotel

Bed and pillows were bad. The room is spacious but badly arrange. TV of like 29" it was imposible to even read the subtitles and sound was the wors. It was not a luxury payment but it looks like a luxury hostel not an Hotel in a Premium club.

The hotel is next to a mini market and POPs ice cream store. It also walking distance from playas mantas. The pool is large and nice. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Unfortunately, there are no other options for food, other than the hotel restaurant and maybe one more place. We had to drive to the main road in order to get other restaurant choices.

I loved the swimming pool and my girlfriends really enjoyed it also and the breakfast was great.The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the hot water was not working but other than that I really liked this hotel.

When we got there our room key would not unlock the door. They had to come and put a battery in to get auto lock to work with our card. The hotel staff was not all that helpful. The room had poor lighting and not enough towels. Our room was never cleaned and we were never given fresh towels. We had no hot water to speak of. It was like warm more on cold side. The pool was nice but the swim up bar was never open. They do not exchange currency so make sure you have colones. The restaurant was ok and food was decent but be prepared to wait. Overall very overpriced for what you get.
