We absolutely loved this hotel, it was brand new and a great location for Jaco. Brittany was AMAZING, she was super helpful during our stay. Shower was awesome, beds were great. We loved the balcony and pool as well.

Fantastic room with no noise from air conditioning but nice chilly space to rest in after time out in the hot humid weather. Pools were nice with comfortable seating. If I was going to complain about anything, the pricing in the restaurant was a bit steep - but you are right on the beach. About a 5-7 minute walk to the busy town area which is perfect to keep the space quiet while still being convenient.

The room was excellent and modern. Views from the balcony beautiful. Front desk staff was not welcoming except for Brittany, who was very helpful. Others wouldn't even look up at us or acknowledge us. The restaurant food and service was very good. Location is a bit far from any services, so have a car or expect to take taxis to anything.

My wife and I loved Clarita’s. The property is prestine and newly remodeled. The downstairs cafe/bar and sushi restaurant were excellent. The ocean views and sunsets were incredible either on the beach or the rooftop deck. It was truly a magical experience. Additionally, the rooms and bathrooms were roomy and super clean and the toilets! Japan style they were honestly a game changer. I don’t want to forget how superb the service was at in all areas of the property.We Loved our stay, highly recommended to anyone visiting Jaco.

The resort has a restaurant on the premises which I found to be very convenient and the room was cleaned. However, for a resort there were no entertainments. Furthermore, there was no microwave available for the guests if you want to warm up something and no iron in the room.

The resort is clean, safe and beautiful. There are two pools overlooking the beach. The restaurant has great drinks, a wide menu and multilingual servers - we should've eaten here all meals rather than go into town. We stayed in a King Suite that sleeps 5 - it doesn't sleep 5, it sleeps 2 + 1 hard couch. They resolved the problem respectfully with an additional room for my two teenage boys - error's happen, but they made it right. The service was excellent. It's a guarded gate and there is security on site 24/7. My only complaint (that is not their fault) is that the beach was not safe to swim in out front. I don't know if it's always like that on the North Jaco beach so it doesn't effect my 5 star rating - but a short drive (or walk) south we were able to find calmer and safer waters...about 3 miles down the beach. Definitely one of the nicest resorts in Jaco from what we saw!

My cousin lives in San Jose and drove over an hour to come visit me while I was staying in Jaco. When my cousin Arrived, the people at the front desk of the hotel made me pay an extra $200 for my cousin to visit me at the hotel. I found that ridiculous and felt like a scam. For the amount of money I paid to stay at this hotel, I could have stayed at an all inclusive and got more for my money. The elevator was always broke down and I had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs with my stuff all the time. I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay there again!

Best property we came across on Jaco beach! Each room has an amazing view with a balcony. The building is brand new and the infinity pool is very nice. My only complaint is the calamari was a bit tough but the fries, the smoothies and juevos rancheros were great. Staff is all very accommodating, would love to return!! PS I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews that people missed the old design… rest assured this renovation is leagues beyond anything nearby. Im certain rooms will be in the $400-$600 range next time we are here

The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!
