Property was great. It is a two story property and each room is like an apartment with a kitchen that has the basics you would need - hotplate, fridge, dishes, rice maker etc. Each apartment also has a covered patio with table and chairs The pool was great as well and the beach is literally at the property line. You go through the gate and your next step after the gate is the sand on the beach.

First time at Flamboyant

We enjoyed our first stay at Flamboyant. It’s a great location on the beach, next to our favorite Koko Gastro bar, beautiful pool and bbq area. The only drawback was lots of ants in the room, crawling all over the beds.

I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoy this hotel. The room was very clean and this hotel is right on the beach. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and demonstrated great customer service. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel

This is a great older Tico style hotel, wonderful views of the ocean. Kept very clean, and has very nice grounds. The restaurant is very good.

Great place to stay.

Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Being a cement building, there are no bugs, ants or termites, like some wood structures can have. Equipped with 2 pools, one for kids and on the ocean beach front, you can't ask for much more.

Great bang for the buck!

We have stayed here multiple times and always a great experience. Cannot beat it for the price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Breakfast is simple plain Costa Rican.

Smaller, quieter and walk onto beach and nearby downtown. Great pool! Koko’s bar and restaurant has great service and food with live entertainment on certain nights! We zip lined over waterfalls an hours drive north and Manuel Antonio National Park a must see is1 hour 15 minutes south! Great place to stay in Jaco for sure!

The place shows its age and is due for an upgrade, but overall it’s very good. The pool is always clean and the beach is just outside the hotel. Food was very basic but very good. The area feels safe and plenty of places to visit by walking. Plenty of iguanas in the area 😄. Overall, it’s a very nice place and a great value.

Beach Heaven

An amazing place to stay. It is right on the beach, and you can hear the ocean waves rolling in. My balcony view was incredible. Right next to it is a restaurant/bar that has good food. Shopping is just a few blocks away. Highly recommend.

For our group of 4, this hotel was amazing. The staff communicated very well. Right after we booker the hotel, the staff reached out and confirmed the details of our stay and booked us with cheap and amazing transportation from the San Jose airport. The hotel is connected with a great restaurant that we frequented often. The beautiful downtown of Jaco was a less than 5 min walk and booking excursions was made very easy. Right on the Beach and with the city at our fingertips, this was an amazing stay.

Great location. Clean rooms. If you want the amenities of a 4 or 5 start hotel don't stay here. But, if what you want is a great location with clean rooms and a good staff then this is a great option for you.

Only feet away from the beach. Beautiful mornings in daytime was amazing as well night times can be raining but that's beautiful in its own way. Close to all the popular spots within walking distance you don't have to catch Uber to Orange pub or some of the other popular places. The restaurant was amazing there was this one waiter who always had a smile on his face which is refreshing to see. The pool was clean everything was very well maintained and the staff are very friendly.

Nice restaurant had breakfast inc. which was good. Easy pool and beach access. Nice beach and waves but some stones and rocks. Room had equipped kitchen but didn’t use it. For dinner had a good hamburger. Rooms spacious but small bath. Room had a smart tv to use.

The hotel is right on the beach. The restaurant and breakfast was very good. Shops, restaurants and grocery stores are a block away down an alley with a dirt road. The pools and yard are clean and maintained well. The housekeeping staff were very sweet and helpful. The rooms themselves need excessive maintenance and are outdated. There were 4 people in my room. Two of use had hot water when they showered and two did not. When I brought it up to the attention of the front desk, the man didn't understand why I didn't have hot water and went on to explain that their water heater tank is very large. He sent a women from house keeping to check on the water. She said that I wasn't turning the knob in the shower. Very disappointing how they would not acknowledge my situation.
