The guy at the front desk was awesome and very professional and polite… The room was very clean and it was overall a great experience… The only con is it had the worst bed I ever slept on.. sleeping in my van is more comfortable.. Couldn’t sleep on them springs

I had a noisy neighbor, I know it's not the hotel's fault: the emulator was clean, everything was fine, there were no utensils in the kitchen, they should mention that, good value for money

My room was covered in mold- the check in lazy was so kind for my late arrival time and was able to get me checked in but once I entered my room there was mold spots on my blanket, on the bathroom wall and surrounddd the entire tub I genuinely couldn’t get myself to stay there for my visit

Staff is available on phone after 11pm. Room had been cleaned but maybe not on top of fridge and I found some other areas that were missed. Floor was sticky so I kept my shoes on. Nice shower. I got a room towards I 95. Heard the traffick very well. And also the tv in the next door room. Bed and pillows comfortable

Nice place to stay!

The building is in a very good condition, very clean and always smells good. It is in a great location, next to I-95, parking lot and surrounds are spotless. I stayed there for a surgery recovery and staff was very helpful, friendly and supportive. They just need to figure out some updates soon to mattresses but isn’t that bad yet. If I have to go back, definitely I’ll consider it as an option to stay in Jacksonville again.
