First, the Wi-Fi was not working at all, and we rely on internet access for work—so this significantly impacted our ability to get things done during our stay. Reliable Wi-Fi was actually a key reason we chose your hotel. Second, when we checked out, we found out we weren’t even registered under the correct room. We were assigned and stayed in room 421, but your system had us listed under room 316. That raises some concerns for us about how our stay was managed. Because of both the lack of a critical amenity and the room registration error, I’d like to see what can be done in terms of a partial refund or compensation.

Parking is limited by the main entrance/lobby. We had to park at the opposite end to unload our bags and then walk the first floor hallway to get to the elevator which is by the lobby. For a fairly new hotel, there is already signs of wear and tear on the carpets. The AC controls on the wall didn’t work. We had to manually adjust it on the unit. It was loud and turned on/off constantly. Overall, I expected better.

Room was ok. There was no end table or coffee table for the couch. The bathroom shower floor was not very clean. Not good at replenishing towels.kitchen staph was great. Stephenie and mike were on top of things. It was very noisy all night. Sounded like the party was in our room. They had to turn off the lights twice one night so the people would be quiet. Not what i would expected from a marriot.

The room was very clean. However, I had to change room because the sink was clogging. Moved to the second room, much better but had problems opening the bathroom door. After tugging for a few minutes, we were able to get it to slide back and forth. Breakfast was good but need healthier options like fruits.

The room and hotel were clean. The gym is decent. The staff were nice. I didn’t expect the $3 / day fee for parking and wish the hotel included free parking. The breakfast was the usual “free breakfast” at hotels. The door to our room had an issue to where the lock would come out and prevent it from closing properly, so we had to twist the nob back and forth until we got the lock to go back in place in order to close the door whenever we would go out. Not a horrible experience.
