Located on a large lake / waterway associated with a natural preserve. Very lovely view out back on the terrace. Very peaceful and quiet. Plus lots of really good shops and restaurants just across the street. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location and breakfast was ok. Other than that, check in was long (only one person, many people checking in, computer stopped working), the room was less than desirable (window was covered with white plastic except for the top 12 inches, the table lamp was not working and could not be replaced, the shower handle was rusted), hot water that does not smell of coffee is only available downstairs after asking the host team, all guests share one and only microwave in the lobby (which is not cleaned often enough), people smoke on the patio which makes it impossible to enjoy by those that dont smoke.
