The common door between the room wasn't very well insulated and i was awaken by guests who were calling escorts and performing sexual behavior. Between that and the noise outside the room, hallway, and elevators, it wasn't highly recommended as somewhere I'd stay in the future.

The room smelled of dampness and dirt, the bathroom was dirty with mold and hair everywhere, the footrest in the shower it looked like it had never been cleaned, I would not stay there again.

Property was dated, towels were for a child & only 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel for 2 people, no bath mat , hallways stunk, coffee machine was old & terrible coffee , when you opened bathroom door you couldn’t get Iinto closet, AC unit was loud …. Not the same as other Hilton Gsrden Inns we’ve stayed in.

Unless your on a tight budget go elsewhere.

This hotel is very run down. You can tell they are renovating but I have stayed in many of the hotels in the area and this one left alot to offer. The rooms were ok and clean but the lobby is falling apart the breakfast area is about 104 degrees and the halls and ceiling tiles falling. Pool area is a very basic pool. Breakfast was very good that i have to say! Although it ends very early and you cant take anything to your room so for those with children that like a sleep past 8am good luck.

Great location for all things Jacksonville

A little noisy (my room was next to the freeway) but overall this hotel was very clean. The staff were all friendly and the room was comfortable. It's also in a great location for all areas of Jacksonville. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but overall it was a great hotel.

Hilton no free parking!

You and the hotel should mention somewhere that there is a 20 dollar per night parking fee. At no time did anyone mention that to me. It's irritating at best to get nichol and fined by a hotel For parking. Also breakfast was not included and they charged 19 dollars for under cooked eggs!

the hotel seemed in disrepair. the shower door would not remain closed. room seemed dirty. the room was not worth the price. Only plus was the hot tub which we enjoyed

Overall decent stay

Stayed at Jax Downtown location. Self check in link in email did not work. Front desk service was impatient, kept cutting me off when speaking and did not mention breakfast or extra charges until I asked for breakdown. You’ll be charged $20 for parking even if you don’t use parking garage. Overall stay was nice after check in and room service/food was great.
