So the front desk clerk Trina was amazing, she was helpful with check in process and informing me of closing of pool but I could use facilities next door. She made sure I was having a good stay and gave me complimentary water after being n sun for hours. Little things made me want to go back everytime im n Jacksonville

Room was clean and nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Parking was fine. Our pet enjoyed stay. Outside area was kept clean for our dog. Only problem was the sticky floor in the breakfast area. Felt dirty.
