Perfect stay! The staff was so helpful and nice with checking in and checking out. The room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and just a perfect amount of space for us. Love how pet friendly this hotel is and how reasonable the pet fee is. Good basic breakfast with coffee, yogurt, breakfast bars, muffins and other things. Would definitely stay again.

the staff i meet last night was very nice,friendly and helpful her name was Katrice i believe. i was however disappointed in the breakfast i feel it was not worth it and it aggravated me wasn’t what i expected at all

We arrived around 1230 am and waited until around 130 am to be put in a room. The woman trying to help us was very nice, courteous and professional however it was clear that her manager did not train her correctly, care she couldn’t get into the system, and or provide any legit help. Manager was clearly off site likely asleep and not wanting to deal with helping their staff. I’m a manager so I know this wasn’t a system error, simply that the staff don’t know their usernames and passwords, which directly correlates to a lack of engagement / accountability from management. Shame on you to leave that woman working alone overnight without her being properly trained / have proper accesses. Hotel was decent, but could make leaps and bounds with a new manager! (One who cares)

Las instalaciones excelentes, hicimos check in a las 8:30 y a las 3 am se activó la alarma de incendio, tuvimos que salir afuera por casi 15 minutos en lo que llegaron los bomberos a apagar la alarma, por qué fue falsa alarma, en cuanto a la limpieza no nos dejaron papel toilet y encontramos el bote de basura con basura dentro. El Personal que nos ayudó con el check se portó excelente, la que estaba a cargo de el hotel a media noche, nada amable.
