Pros…very clean, well-maintained, tiki bar at the pool was nice, comfortable bed. Cons…basically zero water pressure in the shower (to the point of a trickle at times), room walls seem thin, could hear a lot outside the room. Kids hanging out in the halls, no supervision.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. They were terrible pillows, but that is always expected, and never a surprise, I have yet to stay in any hotel that has good bed pillows. It’s just one block from the beach, it was so lovely to be able to walk there and back. But be aware, there is no place to rinse your feet off once you leave the beach, so be prepared for that. And that has nothing to do with the hotel, that’s more the drawback of that particular area of beach. But the views are beautiful!

I was put in a class. When seeing everyone going to a breakfast. I was told I was in a class being unaware I had her explain. I was put in courtyard being unaware they're were any classes. The pool area ran out of towels often. Pool was dirty . Drinks were on the expensive side. Rooms were ok hard to regulate ac. Bed was comfortable. Couch was funky. Hair in shower. Used expedia and hotel tried to double charge me.
