Everything was just beautiful the staff was a amazing everything was clean and fresh I highly recommend this hotel 🏨 was very nice but the breakfast was not good 👎
Great place to stay a week while we house hunted! Suite was clean, roomy, and well appointed. Amenities were good and hotel inside and out was kept clean and organized. The free gourmet coffee in the Market area near the lobby was excellent! Special shout out to Tracy for her friendly personality and helpfulness. Also, very good location with shopping and restaurants.
The staff was willing to deliver snacks to my room that my family member purchased as a welcome gift. We appreciated their hospitality and quick response to any requests we had.
We loved the suite aspect! It was a little trip to reconnect and enjoy the New Bern area. With the suite aspect we were able to have room to buy some small things and spread out and have room with each other without feeling cramped. The room was also clean and comfortable and quiet.
Great staff. Room what's beautiful and very spacious. Comfortable bed everything was great. Had to wash my clothes and they even had free washer and dryer. They look after everything great people will definitely go back there Thanks
