Perfect location right on the beach! The staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean. My only wish is that the rooms came with a microwave. But the pool was amazing and loved the beach! Will definitely book with this motel in the future!

Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back.

The Beachside motel is the place to stay if you are vacationing Amelia Island. I have been going there at least once a year, the employees and management will remember you. They don’t have a continental breakfast and that helps with keeping the rooms at an affordable price. If you’re there on vacation the best breakfast is at the Magnolia Cafe anyway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You will not regret staying here to have the extra money to explore all the Island has to offer.

There is not one negative thing about this motel that I can say. Location was right on the beach, the room was updated and very clean, the pool was pristine, the snacks and coffee were plentiful and the staff was so friendly and personable. Loved this stay and when we return we will be sure to reserve ahead of time.

The room was pretty clean. The mattresses could have been better, just not to comfortably for me. On Saturday evening the lady closed up the pool because she said storms were headed our way. They never came , that was disappointing to kids who want to swim, this was about 7:30-8:00 pm. Our room was up by the office and we could look toward beach and see it pretty good so view was good. The walk to beach was good also, got to see the tortoise’s and a few rabbits. I will be back in future . Love the Mom Pop style !’

What a cute little motel. This place is just as described. An old school motel right on the beach. Keep in mind it is a motel, and amenities are limited. Having said that, the rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator and microwave in the deluxe room, as well at plates and utensils in a little kitchen area with a sink and storage. The beach view is unobstructed. Staff is so friendly! Great location to get most places on Amelia Island. All at a very reasonable price. This was our second stay - we'll be back!
