We switched to this hotel from a shoddy one, and we could not have been happier with our choice. We got a suite and felt like we were living in luxury. It's clean and modern, and all the staff we encountered were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!

My family of 5 were in town for a funeral and stayed 3 nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the building is beautiful. Our room was just what we needed, we'd gladly stay again if we ever end up in Jackson in the future. Beds were comfy, rooms were very clean. Hot tub and pool were great as well! The whole family had a great experience. Thank you!

The beds are the most comfortable ever! Very clean motel & friendly staff. The bar/restaurant is very nice with good food as is the pool/hot tub. The chlorine wasnt as strong this stay which was much better. My daughter & grandaughter got to enjoy the outdoor covered gas firepit that is very pretty! Always a great stay at The Courtyard by Marriott.

The a/c and heating is very odd and our first room it didn’t work. Had to switch to another room but wasn’t mush better. The thermostat in the room does not control. The pool area couldn’t be used as it was shut down and when reopened the fumes from the chlorine were too strong.

pool and hot tub were great. staff mostly friendly. However I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. They gave me a 1 king size bed and a sofa. Said it was because I booked through a 3rd party. Was a bit dissappointed considering it was my daughters bday outing weekend.
