I absolutely enjoy my stays at the Comfort Inn suites. The property is well kept and the staff is extremely helpful, very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Inn Suites for business or leisure.

Nice place to stay. Easy access to down town Jackson in 5 min. The staff were very friendly and room was clean. The elevator was out for weeks, so we had to use the stair. This was inconvenient but the staff assisted with my bags.

This hotel is an exceptional value. The late night check in was friendly, easy, and fast. The room did not have any bad smells, was a nice temperature, and the bed and pillows were as comfortable as they get (it even had a weighted blanket). It was the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. The breakfast was enjoyable. The coffee was good. It is an older hotel but is clean and comfortable.

The check in person was nice. The room was nice but when I was grabbing a towel to dry my 6 year old daughter off 2 unused diabetic needles fell out of the towel and I was just worried my 8 year old autistic daughter would get ahold of them.
