Good overnight stay

Hotel was in a good area, close to everything! Food and shopping. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Pretty clean and comfortable beds. The only complaint is the parking lot is kinda awkward and no awning to pull under. It was starting to rain when I arrived.

Extremely dirty. Stains everywhere. The floor and carpet turned our feet black in 2 minutes and was absolutely filthy with crumbs all over the couch and chairs and floor. The dishes they leave for you to use had food stuck to it. We only spent one night and couldn’t wait to leave. Thankfully there weren’t any roaches though.

Room layout with beds against the wall were terrible access. Floors were dirty and sticky. Old and very outdated. Smells from other nearby room was disgusting!

Very nice but issue with key cards

This was a great property for a quick trip to Jackson for Thanksgiving. They were very welcoming to my 10 pound Chihuahua. The only issue I had at all was that the key cards were so terribly inconsistent. Sometimes took five or six swipes to get them to work.

There's a kitchenette inside the suite and next door is Dollar General that has a grocery department. There's numerous restaurants less than a mile down the road. The suite was clean and ready when we arrived. The price was very reasonable for a one bedroom suite with a pull out couch in the sitting area. The bedroom has a door for privacy from anyone sleeping in the sitting room. I liked that a lot.

As soon as I walked in my room, I noticed the floor in the bathroom was wet. Apparently, the room was mopped right before I checked in. Staff should have cleaned the room earlier or let me check into a room that was already cleaned. The room smelled like someone had been cooking in the kitchen. The property itself is older.

Looks nice from outside, however, once I entered the lobby was really disappointed. One in my room, drapes were visibly dirty, bathtub was dirty, only had one night stand. Husband & I both have sleep apnea and require machines to help us sleep and only one outlet on lamp by bed. Was very disappointed with hotel and will not recommend to friends or family.
