Get what you pay for. Things were pretty dirty. Flies, blood on bathroom wall, wouldn't take a shower but if you need a place to crash for the night it's fine.

It was dirty and gross. I stayed 4 nights. But sheets & towels had stains, only one pillow. Dead flys on the floor, hair in the gross shower. A walkie talkie left in the bed... holes in the walls ect. Happy I was gone at my conference most of the days. People live in these units and leave big trash bags out on the porch. People walking by at all hours of the night. I would not recommend!

My room was dirty,no blankets on the bed. They said they had WiFi and I asked about it and the employee said they'd restart it ,but it never turned on. I inquired about and I was told we have wifi in the office. I don't know what to tell you.i don't know Why you don't have wifi in your room. There was garbage outside of almost every room

A terrible choice

It says no smoking, but when we arrived it smelled very strongly of marijuana, my wife couldn't stand the stench at around 6 am and went out to the yard to wait for Starbucks to open. It's good that it's nearby. There were a lot of cigarette butts on the floor in the bathroom. There were someone's pants under the sink. The room was very dirty. I don't recommend anyone to choose this hotel, even for free.

Smokey room

The room smelled like smoke, but being covered up with a tin if air freshner. The air freshner did not help. The bathroom was terrible and the shower was very suspect. The room was a very good price , but the condion of the room was really bad, even for the price!

Scary!! Garbage everywhere outside. Unit had bugs. Had to to call the police. Vagrants walking around all day and night. White guy had a master key open my door when I was leaving. I have nothing positive to say about this place. The staff told cops they were management they were not. They took got it wrong but it ended well and I am gone I will never ever return. Do not bring anything if value and keep a close watch on your car.

My husband and I were going to stay here for a night on a road trip. When we arrived, there were cars with broken windows parked in the parking lot, the room smelled of chlorine, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, and there was sticky red residue on the floor. Due to the lack of cleanliness and safety concerns, we left in search of another place. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get a refund, but we preferred to lose the money rather than have something happen.

this was awful. the room reeked of cigarette smoke. door was plastered around due to being kicked in previously. bed appeared to be broken. chunks missing out of the floor. bathroom was disgusting looking. that is all i noticed walking in for 2 minutes, crying and walking out. i didn’t even end up staying. the area was scary as a girl traveling alone. crack people walking around.

For its price compared to other hotels in the area, it's average. The rooms are dirty, but not to the point where it's unbearable. There were also bugs in some areas of my room, and it was not a pleasant experience to take care of them. Other than that, the staff was immediate and always available, I do wish that there was some verification for security because they just gave me the room key to a room as soon as I told my name.

Absolutely terrible! I was given 3 different rooms before i decided to book at a different hotel. The first room I was given was a room that was being lived in by staff!! Like a party room or something, literally staff living there. The second wasn’t cleaned, crumbs and food on the counters dirty sheets tucked in,horrible smell and mold in the bathroom that had no light. The last one wasn’t much better, which what looked and smelled like pee on the kitchen/bathroom floor.

Will not be going back any time. The room was a long term rental, it had been smoked in regularly, walls and ceiling where smoked damaged, washroom was the worst I have seen. Inside the toilet was black, all the floor tiles where crack or missing, bath tub had multiple gouges and cracks out in it, Room flooring missing in some spots with carpet over top of the flooring. When you walked on the carpet you stuck to the carpet. Had to use the night office to check in, no access to the main lobby. After checking in i was handed the keys and told NO refunds. I have never stayed in a worst hotel ever, only stayed because it was the only hotel close to the Nascar race, will sleep in my car before i stay there again.

The parking lot was full of kids having fun while many adults were gathered here and there just hanging out. It became clear that the hotel was a more permanent residence than a getaway for this group. I was cool with that until walking into the room. When arriving to our room (409) we found the room to be very dirty. The floors were not vacuumed & the beds were poorly made. Walking into the bathroom (though the door with a hole through it) we found a clogged toilet with 💩 in it. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. When looking at America’s Best pictures on the internet the place looked pretty nice but unfortunately they are very misleading. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Sleeping in the car would be a better option. I will be reaching out to Expedia for a refund.

This property is advertised as cheap but clean, safe, and friendly... It is ANYTHING BUT those things. The staff that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. The General Manager who is "in charge" also states that this and that are outside of his control. The rooms (which are to be smoke free by state law) are not and getting a refund is impossible. Even when they fail to uphold the law. I have a picture of a literal cigarette butt in the sink as well as writing on the mirror for free back/butt rubs. The apology I received was "I'm sorry you have an issue with our housekeeping" This place is a disaster with holes in the walls. Missing smoke detectors, and a lobby that isn't even open. Perfect for squatters I guess but If you think the pictures look nice for a cheap hotel like I thought then be warned!!! This is falsely advertised boarding and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

The pictures are 10x better than the room we were given. Literally, the worst condition room we have ever stayed in. There is absolutly no way this is a 4.3 star property. 1 star is generous. Floor was sticky, sink didnt drain, shower curtain was slimy. Absolutely terrible.

The entire building was neglected. There was a huge bag of trash in front of the door and when I went in to check out the room, stink bugs were running by in the bathroom, the tub was cracked, the bathroom sink had a dirt ring, the chair had a slit open with the cushion spilling out. I did not stay here and was not given a refund.

They had to putvus in three different rooms. The first room the tv did not work and there was a used condom on the bathroom floor. The second room had no fridge. Finally we got a third room which had no towls and the tv cable was pulled out of the wall. We fixed thst but itvtook them three hours to bring us towels. All in all the the worst stayever

The room was in disrepair, sink & shower faucet was loose & moving all around. Toilet tank cover was cracked, sheets had stains, pillows were extremely flat paint was chipping on the walls. Room reaked of cleaning solution and AC/ heat unit worked intermittently. However it looked cleaned up enough, no bugs, dirt or dust on floor & other surfaces.

As I walked into the office, there was a customer stating, to the clerk he would not make his wife stay there, and he left. I got my key card, and went to the room. As we pulled up to our room we noticed the whole parking lot was full of trash and decarded furniture. There was a man passed out on the couch in the parking lot. There were several others drinking, and doing drugs in the parkinglot. There were several women standing around, most likely prostitutes. We did not even go into our room. We took the key straight back to the front desk.
