Convenient location in the heart of Jackson Hole just a couple blocks from the town square. Tour operators will pick you up at the hotel. The lite breakfast options worked well for us.

We have stayed in Jackson about 8 times in the last 10 years and the White Buffalo Club is the nicest place we have stayed. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the gym in the same building. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, close to everything you need, beautiful family, friendly park right across the street. The resort is clean, has a helpful staff, kitchen and living room amenities were all very nice. The complementary breakfast supplies were a nice added surprise that we were weren’t expecting.

Lighting was horrible in all the rooms, we were there for a wedding and getting ready was hard due to the very low lighting. Noisy from upstairs we heard every foot step. Laundry was a nice surprise in each room. Kitchen was well appointed. Great location.

The pluses were free Parking the location in downtown Jackson and the size of the room. We were surprised to spend over $500 per night with the property characterized as a four star to notice the carpeting was stained and frayed and the furnishings tired. I would expected this from a three star and a 7.0 rating on Expedia. We had a couple of noise issues with the HVAC. The staff was good enough, but there wasn’t really a vibe to the place. Again, if I’m evaluating a four star property, it should have clean, updated rooms an attentive staff and a generally better look and feel around the property. Even the mats entering the building were old and frayed just look like it was in need of a complete refresh.

We only stayed one night since we had spent the week in Yellowstone and had to return the rental car in town by 10:30 to get to airport for our plane. The suite was set up for longer term stay with even a washer/dryer in the room as well as fully equipped kitchen. A light complimentary breakfast was available. Parking was free with some in a garage and some outside. Did not try the restaurant since had had enough steak for the week.
