The front desk ladies were excellent, very friendly and accommodating any request. The s’mores were great! The price was good for the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms are exterior entry which gives sort of a motel feel. But the rooms are nice and they have exceptional customer service. Would stay here again. Overall great experience, good location

Only 1 recommendation: it would be great if erooms were equipped with microwave oven also since there.isnt a.pubkic.one for use.in the registration office either. This was a good last minute option. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were very nice. I thought the pillows were too hard and the room has a weird smell. I think it was the heavy wool type blanket.

Jackson Hole getaway

The Virginian Lodge was nice, missing some amenities of a hotel such as a fitness center, complimentary breakfast etc. Staff was friendly, easily accessible, free parking. Overall not bad.

The room was nice, the mattress was firm, and the hotel gives away s'mores between 7pm - 9pm and encourages the use of the fire pits in the courtyard. A great spot for families and all!
