We loved this unique lodge! Impressive architectural structure with a cozy feel. The staff were helpful & great to work with. Our room was very comfortable & well maintained. Breakfast was excellent! We highly recommend the Teton Teepee Lodge. Staying there was a highlight of our trip to the area.

Couldn't always find staff but could call if you needed something. There are lots of games available on site that we were not aware of until later in our stay. The ambiance was great. Quiet time was 10 pm.

The place is built around a central circular room, with all the bedroom doors opening off it. The breakfast is very good. The reception contains a lot of information on events and things to do nearby. The rooms are on a lower level than the main room. Windows cannot be open and the ventilation system is not present so they get quite humid and hot during the night affecting the sleep comfort (we stayed here in summer). Overall the vibe of the place is definitely something different and worth trying.

Teton Tepee Lodge in Alta offers a cozy cabin‑style mountain stay with a great atmosphere and a peaceful creekside setting. The fully equipped kitchen — including an oven and stove — makes it especially convenient for family stays. The only drawback is the lack of AC. It’s common for the area, but with rising summer temperatures, having an optional AC would make a big difference. The provided fan helped, but only somewhat. Overall, a charming, well‑located lodge perfect for families looking for a true mountain experience.

What a great place to stay. We were in the log cabin. Although it dated from the late 1800 era, it had everything you need. Plenty of hot water, a modern bathroom, full kitchen, comfortable beds and an amazing location. Breakfast was ‘continental’ with a nice variety of items to choose from. The lodge was also very comfortable and cozy. It’s also very unique in its architecture.

My daughter and I stayed here one night on a road trip to Salt Lake City. I wish we could have stayed longer! The property grounds are well maintained and comfortable. The firepit and babbling creek made for a relaxing evening after a long day of driving. As did the old time/bluegrass music being played by fellow guests and their extended family! Magical! The interior was very clean and well laid out with a spectacular common room and easy access to all forms of seating, and a solid breakfast of fresh bread, fruit and more. Its location makes it an unbelievable spot outdoor recreation enthusiasts. You will no be disappointed.
