We loved our “cottage” for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). It was a bit warm in the afternoon with no AC in the rooms, but it was plenty cool at night with the fans and the windows cracked (with screens). The location is great if you are wanting to be in Grand Tetons NP. We found ourselves regretting not being in Jackson for the meal and evening entertainment options, but this place was peaceful and has good food options if you prefer not to go into town. We loved it for the price!

Our stay was the room with patio. Clean and ready at check in . The room has no AC but had a fan and with window open it was very comfortable with end of May weather . It was very quiet and no TV which was great . Staff was very friendly and helpful with quick response times ! We ate at the dinner there and it was good . They have several eating places at the main Lodge.

Beautiful property right on Jackson Lake with amazing views. Leave your bags in the car until you complete your check-in since you can park your car right in front of your room. They have three choices for dinner. We liked the Pioneer Grill since it was a very relaxed set up with good food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. After dinner drinks to watch the sunset was an awesome way to finish our day before retiring to our room. No TV in the rooms, but WiFi works well. If you visit Jackson Lake on your way out to Yellowstone Park, make sure you take care of business before you leave the hotel, since there is no cellular phone coverage once you enter the park.

The view from the terrace was amazing, that is the best part of the hotel. I guess you are paying for that view, but you don’t get that view if you are staying in one of the interior cabins. The rest of the hotel was run down; shower knob not working, mattress was saggy, no microwave, tiny fan (needed during summer months during the day). No AC but not needed at night as it gets pretty cool at night with the windows open. The staff was really friendly. The pool was supposed to be heated but it felt really cold. The area, mountains and beautiful view of the grand Tetons make up for the lacking parts of the hotel.

Strongly recommend this place to stay for a night if you plan a trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. We spent three nights at Yellowstone and one night here. This hotel is no doubt the best! You can feel that the staff and management try their best to provide a pleasant experience for their guests. We love the cottage room. The room is spacious with two sinks (inside and outside the bathroom). It also provides outdoor porch to chill. You can park your car outside. Your cottage room. The wifi service is also appreciated (compared to our cabin experience at Yellowstone lake hotel). Don’t forget to visit the hotel lobby. The Mountain View outside the big window is stunning. The breakfast is also the best among all nearby hotels.

The good: Frontline staff at the door, front desk, concierge and coffee cart were all great. The room was as described and the view from the lobby was beautiful. Restaurants were terribly slow. Almost 20 minutes for a burger they didn't prepare right (told they make all the burgers at the same time...? What does that mean) family done before I got my burger. Next day ordered some ice cream to go...17 minutes for 4 prepackaged ice cream cups.
