Great location at the north end of Teton Valley, beautiful scenery.. Cleaning requires attention, rustic and rough accommodations, mediocre food at the adjacent restaurant.

The room and property was nice. We enjoyed the public spaces. However the restaurant was not that great- food was ok, service was slow, we didn’t even get water with our dinner - we were the only diners at that time!

We stayed in the Heart 6 main lodge, and it was wonderful. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the huge common area has seating, fireplaces, great views, games, and a piano. We loved it! And the location is just a few minutes from a Grand Teton National Park entrance. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Simple and minimal cabin on a horse ranch, not very clean and somewhat worn out. The horses are nice and it's located in beautiful nature.

The outer glass in a double paned window in our room was broken, the blinds barely work and the walls between rooms are super thin. Other than that, good place to stay at.

I get that it's rustic. Could use lamps. Only lighting was overhead. Couldn't use ceiling fan in bedroom and lights were useless. Restaurant working didn't get in any hurry to wait on people. Views were amazing and getting to watch the horses being moved to pasture was so cool.

Staff was amazing! Cabin was great, just be aware there is no ac in the cabin. Which for us was totally okay! The morning watching the wranglers wrangle the horses was incredible! Kids enjoyed the place a lot!

The employees were friendly. I fully understand that this is a “dude ranch” for yuppies and Europeans to come get the ranch experience and the rooms and grounds are representative of that. I also grew up on a ranch, and understand the life and constraints. Having said that, this place was very neglected and dirty.

This is a dude ranch. Expect rustic authenticity, not pampered luxury. The staff is excellent and the experience is truly western.

We needed a room for 6 to sleep and that’s what we got. Beds were comfortable. Place is conveniently located. Upon arrival toiletries and towels were missing so it is a bit frustrating that you have to ask to clean and refill. Water on tub wasn’t flowing so we asked to be fixed. Upon return there was a big mud step on floor mud. Come on clean after repair or replace! Also a deep cleaning is needed as under and side of furniture were dusty; who cares right? but this small details make a big difference!

Great location to explore the Tetons. Other than that, disappointing. We booked a standard suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out bed. The pull out bed was unusable due to the amount of mice droppings. There was a hole in the shower floor. If you didn't stand behind the drain, you were sinking in. The room was dirty/dusty. Café food expensive for very average quality.

Definitely a dude ranch experience. We loved watching the horses come in and out every day. That was a cool experience. The location was fantastic we could see the Tetons from our front porch. The place could definitely use some updating. Room was fairly clean, the bathroom was probably clean but the tub is very stained. Our neighbors complained being able to hear people in the next room clearly, but we didn’t have an issue with hearing our neighbors through the walls. Location was A+ and if you want a dude ranch experience you will definitely like this place. We enjoyed our days there and sat out on the front bench to see the Tetons every morning.
