Vacations Close To Jackson Hole Historical Society and Museum

We needed a reasonably priced place south of Yellowstone and this was perfect. Check in was flawless. The property was super cute and the coffee truck in the parking lot was a huge bonus. Forgot Jackson, Idaho rocks and it's a fraction of the cost, maybe 30 extra mins of driving.

This newly reonovated hotel has some challenges ahead of it. Let's start with a couple of positives - THE STAFF is AMAZING. The hotel itself is quite nice. The room is extremely small and crowded. Not sure how this will work in the winter with more and bulky apparrel. The bathroom had no shelf - no place for toiletries. The toilet paper holder was already broken from the wall and the holder was sideways. No outside facilities to sit. Restaurant and bar - very small for a hotel of this statue and proximity to the mountain. We would not return. But the STAFF is AMAZING !!

The 2BR suite was perfect for a family traveling with kids/teens. Spacious with a kitchen for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day.

Absolutely stunning view, comfortable bed, tons of wildlife. We loved the fireplace and artwork. The staff was friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends.

It was a perfect spot to explore Jackson hole. Family oriented amenities with the outdoor pool and fire pits. Clean rooms. The restaurant on site was very convenient for dinner.
