I have to wait 20 minutes for the bell boy to carry my bags from my car. Easy checking in but i was disappointed when i got roller bed instead of real bed as per booking. The AC was not cooling and water leaking in toilet. Very basic breakfast but convenient location for restaurants

Disappointing structure. The level of maintenance is poor, and this impression is confirmed by the condition of the elevator. In the room the door of the shower couldn't be closed well, with the consequency of water on the floor outside of the shower. The dispenser of the soap was not on the wall and era staccato e riposto su una mensola. It's not clear if it contains shampoo or body wash. Breakfast is just adequate. The only type of coffee available is American. There is no espresso or cappuccino.

Ich weiß es nicht woher das hotel vier Sterne bekommen soll. Bilder sagen mehr als Worte, schaut euch bitte unbedingt an bevor ihr bucht..! Wir sind Mitternacht angekommen und hatten 2000km hinter uns. Hatten kein Kraft mehr andere hotel zu suchen.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fiel ein unangenehmer Geruch auf, der sich durch das gesamte Gebäude zog. Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber und roch stark nach Schimmel. Die Ausstattung war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Die Toilettentür war kaputt, die Betten waren verrostet, wackelig und teilweise beschädigt. Die Wände waren marode und die gesamte Einrichtung wirkte sehr alt und ungepflegt. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass die Räumlichkeiten seit Jahren nicht mehr richtig gewartet wurden. Auch das Badezimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Die Toilettenbürste war kaputt, die Duschbereiche waren teilweise beschädigt und die Badmöbel waren alt, abgenutzt und ebenfalls kaputt. Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Lärm. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch es besonders nachts sehr laut war. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Hotel daher überhaupt nicht geeignet. Während unseres Aufenthalts fiel außerdem der Aufzug aus. Wir mussten unser gesamtes Gepäck selbst über die Treppen tragen. Das Personal war dabei leider nicht hilfsbereit und zeigte wenig Interesse daran, den Gästen entgegenzukommen. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass die Bilder des Hotels im Internet einen völlig anderen Eindruck vermitteln. Die Fotos wirken modern und gepflegt, entsprechen aber aus unserer Sicht nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand

Kahvalti menusu zayif olmakla birlikte, urunler tazeydi. Konakladigimiz oda ve dekorasyonu cok eskimisti. Klima arizaya gectigi icin gece boyunca calismadi. Nevresim ve yastik kiliflari delik yırtık bir sekildeydi. İkinci günün setup sonrasında da aynı yırtık delik nevresim ve yastık kılıfıyla odayı bırakmışlardı. Sigarasız oda istememize rağmen girişte sigara içilen bir oda verdiler, biz talebimizi yenileyince sigarasız bir oda verdiler. Odada genel olarak kötü bir koku vardı, konaklamamız konforsuz ve rahatsız ediciydi. Bence 4 yıldız ibaresini karşılamıyor. Bizim için bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.
