Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.

Friendly staff

Good location, 20 minute flat walk to nice busy shopping areas with restaurants and bars. Very friendly welcome by Görkan. The bed was very comfortable. We had some difficulty connecting to the WiFi.

We occupied a spacious and comfortable suite room suitable for two adults and two children. The room was divided into two separate areas. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The hotel is located a 15-20 minute walk away from the seaside and city restaurants. The only drawback was the smell of cigarettes in the room, although I recognize this might be due to previous guests. On the whole, the hotel offers good value for its price.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the facility needs better supplies. The towels are very old and faded, no hair dryer in the room and front desk did not have one, we were asked to wait till the morning to get one! Temperature control does not work. The room size is good. The shower drain is slow. The place has good potential but little things needs to be looked after. Not much in the area but would be a good place to stay if you have a car. They offer a free parking.

Worse than expected

Receptionists: Kind and helpful. Those people were the nicest part of the whole experience Rooms: Seemed clean but one room had small bugs (although, to be fair, those bugs were hard to see, and could be due to the previous occupants and not noticed during cleaning) Breakfast: Missing basic items (e.g. yogurt, fruit and coffee). The person there was rude and sour. He pulled our cups at 10:30 (end of breakfast time) even though were were not finished General comment: The place is tasteful, but seems abandoned and is falling apart. Needs maintenance Location: 10' walk from metro and train

Nice hotel for affordable price

It was a great stay, hotel location is the key, close to everything in downtown, friendly staff, clean room and basic breakfast. Free parking. I recommend and will stay again next time.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was extremely unclean. The bath towels had holes in them, the shower was dirty, and the sink was covered in grim. The conditions were very unpleasant. The room smelled like smoke even though there were signs indicating smoking was not permitted. I would not recommend this property.

The facilities inside the room have been poorly managed, and maintained. The shower door in my room was clearly broken, but it was not fixed, so when you shower, the whole bathroom would be soaked wet. The water also leaked out to the main room. One big piece of the ceiling was about to fall down as well. When I talked to the manager and asked for room changing, and discovered that the staff already knew about the malfunction of some of the facilities but they didnt attempt to fix them but to rent it out to customers. This is just not acceptable.

Herşey mükemmeldi, özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve kapıda bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Sadece odalar biraz küçük ve king size yatak için çarşaflar küçüktü ve tam oturmuyordu. Kahvaltı da gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederiz.

Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mich auf die positiven Bewertungen verlassen. Wurde jedoch einem besseren belehrt. Bis auf die Freundlichkeit der Rezeption, gibt es nichts an dem Hotel zu loben. Preis-Leistung miserabel. Teppichboden verschmutzt, Klimaanlage kaum funktionsfähig, schlechter Parkplatz, dreckiges Zimmer, Möbel veraltet,,WC/ Duschbereich veraltet. Umgebung viel zu laut. Sorry aber es gibt leider nichts zu loben.

Daha iyisi daha güzeli inşallah

Öncelikle otel personeli gayet yardımseverdi. ancak daha girer girmez kredik artı ödemesinde sıkıntı çıktı. sonrasında odaya çıktığımızda yataklar gayet temiz ve konforluydu ancak banyolar içinaynı şeyi söyleyemem. Bunun dışında ben dikkat etmemiştim ancak tren istasyonuna çok yakın olduğu için ve doğramaların izolasyonu zayıf olduğu için tüm seferleri duyuyorsunuz uyku kalitesi düşük oluyor. havluların rengi griydi.kağıt havlu alıp kullanmayı tercih ettik. Kahvaltı dahildi ancak deneyimlemedik. açık büfe ve şöyle bir not var tabağınızda kalan her ürün için 5 tl ödüyorsunuz :) sanırım israfıönlemek adına yaptıkları bişey... burayı tercih etmemizin sebebi kültürpark a yakın olmasıydı ama semt olarak bilmediğimiz için doğru bir tercih vermemişiz...
