Nice place, clean & comfortable. Staff was great. Free valet parking. The only complaint is the club music on the weekend nights we were there, not sure if it's like that all the time.

This hotel is a gem. A very short walk from the train station. It’s right next to a beautiful park . We took a train here from Denizli, because we had a plane to catch and were happily surprised at how nice the hotel and surrounding area was . We enjoyed the restaurant, we walked through the park, we went on the Ferris Wheel at Luna Park, walked to the port. We really enjoyed our day in Izmir.

Yeri çok iyi. Merkeze yakın. Çalışanlar çok kibardı. İhtiyaçlarınıza çok hızlı yardım ediyorlar. Sadece boyozlar biraz taze olabilirdi :)

Wir waren als Familie in diesem Hotel. Hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Klima funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mucho ruido y música toda la noche.

Bien ubicado y cómodo, limpio. Está en una avenida ruidosa y exactamente al lado hay un antro que abre TODA la noche y en la habitación se oía el ruido, por lo que no fue fácil dormir.

Abendrezeption viel zu unerfahren

Das Service-Personal am Abend (Rezeption) war sehr Jung und unerfahren. Konnte keine richtige Auskunft geben und mir nicht weiterhelfen (nicht mal ein Taxi bestellen!!) obwohl ich die Landessprache beherrsche. Es herrscht gier SEHR großer Schulungsbedarf für die junge Belegschaft der Abend und Nachtschicht. Das war definitiv kein(!) 4 Sterne Niveau.
