Emporio Ixtapa Hotel was nice. The staff is very welcoming from start to finish, the food options were good. The room cleaning was punctual like always and everyone always answered questions very nicely. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but I would much rather stay at a central location hotel with amazing staff, good food, than an expensive hotel with the a bad beach, horrible food and workers who think they’re all that and a bag of chips. I would stay there again and again!

Staff are fantastic. My ocean view room was on the corner so had 2 windows with 2 different views. An older hotel but has been updated. Remember this is a Mexican hotel and the majority of guests are Mexican families. That is what I like about it but others not so much.

The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. She gave us amazing suggestions about places to see and go. Eloy was as well super helpful and super nice. Our overall time was incredible; it is a great place to re-set and recharge.
