Beautiful hotel! Great location - minutes away from el centro and immediate beach access to Playa Madera. The pool area has been remodeled making it a great space to lounge around, and they have a fanstatic restaurant onsite with views of Zihua. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is beautiful very special and tropical everything was so nice the slide in the pool was so much fun, right near the beach, the steps keep you in shape, so close to shopping, just perfect stay we will stay here again next time we make a trip out to Zihua also the safe transportation was great, amazing all around 11/10

The hotel was beautiful! Even nicer than the pics. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were even 2 parrots in the lobby area that said Hello and Hola, adorable! Room was clean and had every amenity we needed.

This hotel was outstanding. Exceeded my expectations. Fabulous location and relaxed atmosphere without losing attention to detail needed to run a hotel of this standard. Beach on doorstep, town a short stroll and rooms were very comfortable too. Oh and comfortable balcony to relax on too.

Stunning beach resort with fabulous restaurant.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous room, stunning views, extraordinarily good restaurant and brilliant service, all on a lovely beach with great swimming. The service was impeccable, the pool absolutely lovely. This is a mountainside property, so everything is up and down flights of stairs, so that's worth mentioning. But all in all, everything we could have wanted.

This is a beautiful property with all the greenery and flowers and great views. We enjoyed the Macaws, turtles, and even a huge iguana. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We couldn't have asked for a better location as you can walk to everything. I booked rather late so most of the rooms were sold out, so we got a bottom room in the corner. Next time, I will book earlier and get a room a couple of floors up.

You will not find a friendlier or more welcoming staff. Such a beautiful, boutique hotel with clean rooms and facilities. We got upgraded to the Noyolytzi Suite from the Master Suite which was incredible. So clean, with two bedrooms and a big outdoor area in between, complete with a full kitchen and appliances, including a blender. We hadn't planned a single excursion (trying to keep things easy and stress free) but there's a very friendly man on site much of the time, Carlos, who helps you book whatever you want, from snorkeling to turtle release to sunset cruise and many other things. He seems to know all the best tour guides and sets everything up for you, often next day or even same day if it's early enough. One thing they don't advertise that we were so grateful for is that they will do laundry for you for a small charge. Our laundry bill for about 15 or so items was around $17 USD. The stairs are a thing and can be a lot, as noted in other reviews. But if you call ahead or email ahead and ask, they can advise you on which room to book with fewer stairs to the beach if you want. We were grateful for the extra calorie burn after dining on all that delicious food! And there are always staff around to greet you as you climb the stairs, and a very friendly McCaw!

From the moment we arrived, we experienced a very congenial staff and knew we had selected a very nice place for our next 2 weeks. The amenities were many: the pool is lovely, many places for enjoying one's afternoon in very comfortable lounges. The staff visits and offers drinks and food service there. The beach below is really clean, and easy access into the water. It's safe and children can enjoy it endlessly. The restaurant serves a nice variety of foods, including room service. We so liked working with the manager, Miguel. He made every effort to make some room changes and we were very pleased. The views are endless. Just beyond our hotel, one can access the walk paths above the beach which can take you into the main town of Zihua or head the opposite direction for other localities above the beach. This city is so environmentally focused and they also make every effort to protect the sealife and birds, etc. We felt very comfortable there, we tried so many different restaurants, many of which were in walking distance. We loved our time there and plan to go again one day !! The last time there was 2009...it was so different with a small population of 15,000...but this city knows how to grow without ruining the environment!!!
