It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The food was great with a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine. The nightly shows are enjoyable!! The Staff is amazingly excellent from the room service to the outdoors. The service at the Caracol Bar with Lucio, Anibal, and Carlos was Excellent. The Premium Lounge had great selection of snacks and food and Guadalupe made it special with her great service. We had a great time at the late night bar with live music and refreshing drinks and the great service by Rocio which made us feel very welcomed!!!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, they made us feel like family. And the food? Delicious! Every meal was a highlight. Plus, the ocean view from our clean, comfortable room was breathtaking. Can't wait to come back!

Staff ensure you have a pleasant stay, their ethic, kindness and politeness are excellent. Pools beach are beautiful. Rooms are clean but can use a fix. No difference from a standard to premium room. Didn’t receive any type of special perks for being premium this time around have visited 4 times Food is okay can be changed taste wasn’t for me. How about for authentic Mexican dishes nothing exotic

We had a wonderful stay at the Barceló resort. The atmosphere was nice, quaint, and very quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The grounds were well maintained, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience felt peaceful and comfortable. A great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway.
