Very kind and wonderful staff, nice breakfast, very small bathrooms. If you are visiting Japan to see a loved one, be ready to pay extra for them to be able to enter the hotel room as a visitor. If you stay in a room by the fire exit expect a pretty large draft in the winter. You will be forced to leave your room after a day or so of putting up the โ€œdo not disturbโ€ sign for them to clean your room. Be sure to keep the heater on when you leave the room otherwise you will feel like stepping into Antarctica when you come back. Overall my stay was very nice
