とても静かできれいなホテルでよかったです。部屋の洗面の蛇口が硬くてなかなか水が止まらなかったのと、入り口のエントランスで座れる椅子が少なかったので、テェックインまでつらかったです。テェックインぎりぎりまで入らなかったのでトイレを我慢するのに苦労しました。 駅方面しかコンビニがないので、必要なものはあらかじめ買っておいたほうがいいです。

館内とても清潔でスタッフの方々も感じ良く、また静かで居心地良く滞在することができました。 特に大浴場とサウナ、更衣室の清掃が行き届いていて気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。 ルーム清掃は2日に1回です。 朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わり、炊き立ての美味しいお米や新鮮なサラダ、サーモンやチキン、温泉卵や納豆などのタンパク質、数種類のパンや牛乳とコーヒー等、毎朝がとても楽しみでした。 今回はアメリカから地元に一時帰国のため、約1週間利用させていただきましたが、次回もぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。フロントの方々、ルーム清掃の方々、美味しい朝食を作ってくださった方々、ありがとうございました。

枕に髪の毛がついており、フロントへ電話した所、「只今お持ちします。」と言って部屋に来て、「枕カバー持ってきました。」で終わった。謝罪ひとつしない。フロントへいった際、「謝らないんですね。」と言ったら、「謝りました。」との事。呆れてしまいました。
