小さめのお宿だったのであまり期待してませんでしたが晩御飯は部屋食で大変美味しかったです。朝も釜で炊いたご飯だったし、ボリュームもどちらも満足です。ただ、大浴場が2つあり、小さい方の浴場が狭く汚すぎて残念です。ここがもう少し広く脱衣所も綺麗になれば最高でした。

1時間早く到着しても快くチェックインしてもらい助かりました。行き届き過ぎるサービスというわけではないけど、リクエストした事は全て対応してもらい大満足です！ あえて厳しく言うなら二つのお風呂の質の差が凄く大きかったです。毎日男女が入れ替わり、我々は2泊したので両方入れましたが、小さい方しか入れなかった人は誤解したまま帰ってしまうかも。 後、駐車場が混雑してる時は大きな車は停めづらい場合があります。 徒歩5分圏内に食べる店多数で環境も良く、紹介してもらった近くの足湯も気持ちよかったです。

2連泊しました。2日目の掃除簡単で良かったのですが、綺麗に掃除して頂いてました。決して新しい建物ではないですが、清潔感がある施設でした。 フロントに近い方の風呂のシャワーの1ヶ所がお湯、殆ど出ませんでした。修理されたら良いと思います

ご飯が美味しい、部屋食、清潔

見た目は小さな街の旅館だが、中はリフォームされ清潔。食事が品数多く、部屋食で助かる。（朝は食堂で朝食） お風呂は狭いが清潔に掃除され気持ちが良い。 残念なのは、他の部屋の音がよく聞こえたこと。ウチは子供がうるさいので申し訳なく、心から安らぐことができなかった。リーズナブルで良い宿なので、その点だけ残念。

スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、一点だけ気になったところがありました。 夕食を摂るために外出するときに部屋の鍵をフロントに預けていきました。 帰りが午後10時過ぎになってしまい、フロントで鍵を受け取ろうとしたら、スタッフの方はいらっしゃらず、鍵がフロントに置いてありました。 部屋で宿泊ガイドを見ると、フロントは午後10時まで対応と書いてありましたが、できれば出かけるときに一言伝えていただければその時間までに帰って来るか、鍵を持って外出できたと思います。 フロントに鍵を置いておくのは、親切だとは思いますが、誰でもその鍵を使って、部屋に入れることになるので、防犯上やめたほうが良いと思いました。

一泊しました。周辺には温泉施設・足湯・飲食店・コンビニなどがあり不便はありませんでした。 施設は所々直し途中の箇所がありましたが、温泉施設については申し分ありませんでした。朝食は地元でとれる魚などの現地名産品があるとよいなぁ。

温泉を楽しめました。水の色は透明だと思いますが硫黄と思われる香りがして本当の温泉でした。スタッフの方々の感じもよく部屋は清潔な和室でくつろげました。

温泉は熱めで子供は浸かるのに苦戦してましたが、いいお湯でした。ロビーで麦茶のサービスもよかった。食べなかったけど有料でシルクアイス(ソフトクリーム)が５種類ほどありました。自販機では、おつまみやビールや地酒ミニボトルもありました。最寄りのLAWSONまで徒歩５分くらいですが、地酒ワンカップやミニボトルなどはなく、あまり地元感はなかったです。不満だったのは、部屋のトイレの排水が一度流すとたまるまでに時間がかかりすぎることと、ロビーのトイレ(男性)は手洗いシンクの水が出なかったこと。故障は仕方がないが除菌ウェットタオルなど代わりのものを用意してあるとよかったと思う。
