Não recomendo. Falta gestão no hotel o que ocasiona incômodos básicos que ninguém quer ter em um final de semana de descanso. Tivemos a infelicidade de nos hospedar junto a grupos de pessoas mal educadas o que piorou esta situação visto não haver nenhuma espécie de fiscalização nas áreas comuns. Às 09h da manhã essas áreas ainda não estavam limpas e organizadas. Falta orientação nas refeições quanto ao que há disponível - exemplo hambúrguer no jantar que não foi informado ou itens quentes da cozinha no café da manhã. Excesso de barulho ocasionado por atividades do próprio hotel dentro das alas de apartamentos até as 22h ou mais. Fomos colocados no mesmo andar do “evento” mesmo com uma criança de 1 ano que obviamente dorme mais cedo. Ao reclamar informaram que nd poderia ser feito. Além disso o quarto contas com diversos problemas como ar condicionado sujo, luminárias quebradas e chuveiro que demora para aquecer. Não há área destinada a crianças pequenas como brinquedoteca. No pior caso, enquanto minha esposa servia comida para nosso filho no buffet a responsável começou a retirar os itens pois segundo ela havia excedido o horário e não havia nada que pudesse ser feito. A princípio essa foi a única regra prevista e cumprida no hotel devido a um atraso de 5 min. Todas as demais regras são ignoradas. Apesar de todos os problemas o Staff em sua maioria é simpático, inclusive a gerente Amanda que nos atendeu bem. A comida também é boa e com variedade.

Aceitar animais de estimação foi a única coisa que não gostamos. Eles deveriam ficar em espaço isolado dos demais hospedes. Isso é ruim demais.

Lugar gostoso, mas há muito a melhorar

Pelo lado positivo, deram um bolinho delicioso de presente para minha filha. As refeições são ok, apesar da variedade de comida não ser tão grande. A recreação estava excelente! Mas o hotel como um todo estava sujo. Estão passando por reforma, e era nítida a poeira e sujeira nos corredores, que acaba sendo levada para os quartos. Um pouco mais de cuidado seria bom. O parquinho infantil não está bem cuidado, a grama grande, inclusive crescendo dentro da piscina de bolinha. Não tem um espaço infantil interno para crianças menores de 3 anos brincarem livres. E a falta de elevador foi incomoda pra mim, pois subir 3 lances de escada o tempo todo com bebê, carinho e mochila não é prático.
