I asked for a non smoking room when I booked my room. When I arrived and got my key the room smells cigarettes. I asked to be changed to a different room but they stated no. The whole floor smells cigarettes.

禁煙のお部屋でしたが、エレベータを降りてすぐ、廊下とお部屋の中も変な匂いがしていました。お風呂は大浴場があり、女性は1人ずつ大浴場の鍵をもらって開け閉めして入浴するので、安全安心でした。
