Staff was very helpful upon check-in. Rooms have the, 'this is clean' superficial markers but floors were sticky and lamp shades had very stark stains on them. Also, if you don't have lite-brealfast starting at 0630, don't advertise that you do.

We have been staying at this motel for 2 weekends in a row, 2 nights each time. Price is good, location great . Rooms were great. Only issue we see is the very lite breakfast. They could do better than toast, coffee and waffles. They had cereal the first weekend, but not this weekend. We count on something in our stomachs, as we are there for work.
