Staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and accommodating. There is a receptionist from Houston who is particularly smiley and wonderful. Spacious and clean room. I would give it 5 stars if anything in the gym or pool were working. Both treadmills were down and pool was out of order, which is a shame because there is not much of a safe running area outside. This is definitely a location where you need a car to get around, even to Buttermilk Falls, which is close by. Very easily accessible to downtown. Great stay!

The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones.
