This is an older motel that has been well maintained with many upgrades. We had everything we needed. Main office and house staff were friendly and helpful. Access to I-81 was nearby. We stayed seven nights and were comfortable. Our business dictated our time at the property from 9 pm to 7 am. We’re pleased. Thanks.

The Hotel is older, but a nice clean room with plenty of space. Friday night we couldn't find the TV Remote, I let the Office know and they had one in the room while we were out on Saturday.

Great motel!

This is a no-frills motel, that is clean, safe and the owners are incredibly kind. If you need somewhere to stay for the night, I recommend the Cortland Motel.

Great location and service

Very clean bathrooms and spacious rooms. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The location is right off the highway which is convenient with plenty of gas stations and a diner just down the road. No shortage of parking.

Motel looked a little sketchy, run down and surrounding area questionable but rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Amenities were cheap (soap, shampoo/conditioner combo in tiny packages) and towels small but our stay was fine for the one night and close to Cortland campus. Family run, nice and accommodating.

Simple, dated rooms but more than adequate. Everything we need for simple, short stay. Everything was clean, well cared for and smelled fine. Check in was quick, easy with pleasant, friendly check in staff. Good value for the money. All the basics and located near the county seat so an interesting town (Cortland) with msny dining options.

It's a very nice motel that takes you back a few years in time. Smaller than a Motel 6 room but very comfortable. Very nice people to work with. They cleaned the room and made the bed every day. We would stay there again.
