Very clean well equipped room. Not fancy, but well cared for. Toilet paper was nicer than the Hilton we had been at the previous 5 days! :) A/C and a heater, as needed, wifi, parking, and not far from downtown Courtland, where we found good Mexican food. Met our need for a one night stay, reasonable cost, on our way back to Ontario from Long Island.

It is a motel from the 1950’s which was updated. The room was clean and they actually fixed the bed and provided clean towels daily. The room was very small but had a dresser, desk, chair, small refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. It’s a small no-frills hotel. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep bug don’t plan on hanging out in the room this is an option. Remember it a motel, not a hotel.

The check in was friendly. It's an old style motel but the room was nicely renovated and very clean, with comfortable beds and nice towels. Air conditioning and TV worked fine, no tech barriers. It's very convenient, right off the highway.

The staff was kind and helpful. We checked in and opened our door and the smell hit my wife and I right away. Accommodations were basic. The room was clean, but my wife’s allergies could not tolerate staying. Again, the staff was very helpful and understanding. They gave us a refund of all but $25 as a credit card processing fee.

Decent small hotel. If simple comfort and good nights rest is all you want, at a decent price, this is good place. No frills, no breakfast but clean and comfortable

This is a no-frills motel, that is clean, safe and the owners are incredibly kind. If you need somewhere to stay for the night, I recommend the Cortland Motel.
