Pontos negativos: elevador tem saída para porta de entrada, mas funciona apenas para sair e não para entrar, botão de acionamento não funciona e se torna necessário subir escadas, portanto, acessibilidade na chegada zero, sem contar que ora sair precisa subir um degrau. Falta de observação da reserva para checkin. Troca de toalhas e lençóis, um Pouco atrapalhada.... Reposição de itens de Café poderia ser melhor observada. Funcionários cordiais e educados, talvez um treinamento de alguns melhore os serviços.
