Já tinha me hospedado anteriormente no Vert, é um hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável, o box com duas duchas enormes é um show à parte. A área da piscina aquecida é realmente um diferencial, muito grande e bonita. O café da manhã é bom, principalmente pela oferta de pães artesanais, mas faltam "surpresas" diferenciadas, é bem repetitivo. Algumas observações, até para melhoria do serviço geral de um hotel excelente ao qual pretendemos voltar. O café, talvez por falta de pessoal, ficava bastante tempo sem alguns itens, tendo que ser solicitados com frequência, o que é meio cansativo. Na área da piscina, pedi várias vezes para o rapaz que fazia a limpeza verificar a sauna, que estava fria, e ele só o fez lá pela quarta vez de minha solicitação. Uma manhã também a área da piscina estava sem toalhas. Fiz o pedido algumas vezes ao rapaz da limpeza, mas estranhamente um casal que chegou na área mais de uma hora depois conseguiu toalhas, e eu só bem depois; fiquei chateada. São pequenas coisas que acabam deixando a estadia não 100%, como deve ser para um hotel do porte do Vert. Senti falta de ver um gerente supervisionando essas coisas; podem parecer pequenas mas fazem a diferença. Uma sugestão também seria a ampliação da área para se pegar sol; o deck fora da área coberta da piscina poderia ser maior, só tem duas cadeiras e existe muito espaço disponível. Enfim, pretendo me hospedar novamente dada a oportunidade, seria muito bom ver esses problemas pontuais corrigidos.
