O hotel é muito bem localizado, dá pra fazer bastante coisa a pé… os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, isso contribui muito para a estadia… o café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso e tinha café com bolinho na recepção… estava com meu pet que foi muito bem tratado e recebido.

quarto limpo, café da manhã razoável, pois os bolos não eram frescos, funcionários não os vi, somente o da recepçã, e por falar nisso, quando fui finalizar minha estadia, acabei esquecendo minha sandália em cima do balcão, sei que não são obrigados a postarem objetos esquecido, mas entrei em contato no dia seguinte com uma funcionária e ela me disse que faria essa postagem pelo correio, acreditei e fiquei aguardando, para que fosse feito os procedimentos necessários, porém nunca aconteceu .

A pousada é bem localizada. Mas não possui nenhuma comodidade em relação ao clima frio da região. Aquecedor, bons cobertores. O banheiro tinha xavelos de outro hóspede no box. Café da manhã simples mas satisfatório. Valeu pela localização principalmente pq foi um pernoite. Mas se fosse pra passar mais dias e tivesse um frio maior do que pegamos seria impossível.

O hotel deve ter sido muito agradável no passado, hoje precisa urgentemente de manutenção. Vazamento no banheiro, portas agarrando no chão. A recepção tem um amontoado de móveis em desarmonia. Um simples olhar atencioso conseguiria com que a 1a impressão fosse outra. Ocorreu uma verdadeira invasão de formigas no quarto. O atendimento e café da manhã foram bons.

O sistema de aquecimento dos chuveiros exige um ajuste. A forma de se ter água quente para o banho requer que abra a água quente no máximo e vá dosando com a fria para chegar no ponto que deseja. Nunca vi isto e não é nada prático.

Passamos dias maravilhosos nessa pousada, fizemos 30 anos de casados e escolhemos o melhor lugar e pousada, perto de tudo, café da manhã excelente, funcionários super receptivos, boa conversa, por mais que seja da profissão serem educados e atenciosos, mas vai além. Tudo perfeito.

O tratamento efetuado pelos colaboradores da Vila Francesa é muito bom. Todos muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã com muitas opções de bolos, pães, tortas. Um verdadeiro almoço. O quarto que eu fiquei muito bom, arejado e pra não dizer que não teve nada contra, o frigobar fazia um barulho que parecia uma mosca aprisionada. Achamos até engraçado. Fora isso tudo perfeito. O melhor de tudo: fica no centro de Penedo. Você praticamente não precisa de carro pra nada. Perto de bons restaurantes, do comércio. Localização privilegiada. Eu e a minha esposa gostamos muito.

Fui numa quinta e saí num sábado, infelizmente fizeram tratamento na piscina na quinta feira sem avisar os hóspedes e estava o dia extremamente quente e não pudemos nem ficar na borda da piscina . Achei a área de jogos e sauna muito abandonados , com teias de aranha por todo lado e bem sujas as mesas e cadeiras . Minha janela do banheiro tinha um rolo de papel higiênico segurando o vidro . Café da manhã da sexta muito fraco , os pães caseiros não são gostosos, massa muito seca e também dos bolos muito secos , café da tarde é só o bolo e pão q sobrou do café da manhã . A pousada tinha tudo pra ser muito melhor se atentassem pro café e para a estrutura q está bem largada . Recepcionistas muito gentis e atenciosos .
