Hotel padrão executivo de boa qualidade.

Hotel de padrão executivo mas que atende bem aos hóspedes e cumpriu o meu propósito. Faço as seguintes observações: 1. Falta melhor acessibilidade para PNEs; 2. Salão para café da manhã subdimensionado para o número de quartos e, portanto, sem conforto; 3. Não há área de lazer para crianças, nem sala de jogos.

O quarto em si é bom, espaçoso, sugeria os quartos que tem banheira, ter uma visão ´para a tv nem que fosse pelo espelho. O café é muito bom e ainda tem cortesia de café, bolo e chas a tarde. Parabéns!

Boas comodidades e variedades no café da manhã

Excelente localização próximo ao centro comercial da cidade, tudo dá para fazer caminhando. Atendentes muito cordiais e educados, dão dicas dos lugares a serem visitados na região. Quarto com hidromassagem foi excelente para recuperar as energias após um dia de passeio. Cama confortável e a cama adicional também estava bem confortável. Café da manhã com muitas variedades, desde omelete, tapioca que fazem na hora, salgados, frutas, bolos, sucos, etc. Eles tb deixam na recepção um chá da tarde/noite com bolo, lanche, chá e café. Só tem um pequeno detalhe do estacionamento que os visitantes do shopping acabam também usando mesmo estando descrito que é para uso do hotel e por isso fica bem lotado e fica na calçada da rua mesmo. Para acessar o hotel pode ter um pouco de dificuldades com muitas malas pois tem um pequeno lance de escadas e depois o elevador, ou outra opção seria entrar pela frente do mini shopping.

O hotel é na parte superior de um centro comercial . Achei meio desconfortável a parte do estacionamento que é basicamente na rua e possui um lance de escada pra chegar ao elevador que leva pro hotel. A hidro quando liguei a bomba sujou toda a água. Os travesseiros tbem pode melhorar a qualidade. No mais foi tudo bem.

O restaurante onde é servido o café é pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes. O estacionamento é na calçada em uma rua muito movimentada nos fim de semana, o acesso é com um elevador que termina em uma escada onde fica dificil carregar as malas até o carro.

Qualidade Caiu desde a Última Visita

Estadia razoável. Infelizmente caiu muito em relação a minha primeira estadia na propriedade, logo após a pandemia. O café da manhã era simplesmente espetacular e ficou na minha memória, motivo pelo qual decidi passar uns dias em Penedo novamente no hotel. Desta vez o café da manhã foi mediano, com direito a presunto estragado e ovo mexido requentado. Elevador problemático e sujo. Piscina e sauna também sujas. Não pretendo retornar.

Bom hotel bem no centro da cidade perto de tudo. Atendimento muito bom. Quarto amplo. Banheira Excelente. Café da manhã num espaço um pouco reduzido e com temperatura ambiente um pouco elevada o que diminuiu bastante o conforto da refeição.

Ambiente agradável e próximo de tudo.

Equipe muito cordial, café da manhã gostoso e variado. Você tem opção de pedir tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Não usei as áreas de lazer mas fui informado sobre. O quarto que fiquei, 16, era grande, tudo novinho e muito limpo. A tv tem todos os canais a cabo e a internet funciona muito bem. O hotel fica dentro do shopping. Como cortesia, oferece chá da tarde.
