Não recomendo a reserva do quarto Pérola. Trata-se de um espaço extremamente pequeno e claramente inadequado para ser comercializado como uma suíte de casal. Já me hospedei neste hotel em outras duas ocasiões e jamais imaginei que existisse uma acomodação com essas características. Minha reserva foi feita com cerca de seis meses de antecedência e, no momento do check-in, solicitei um upgrade. Fui informado de que isso não seria possível porque o hotel estava lotado. As instalações do quarto são bastante decepcionantes: a cama é pequena, a área do chuveiro é separada do vaso sanitário e o banho é feito com chuveiro elétrico, não com sistema de aquecimento central. O ambiente transmite a sensação de um espaço improvisado, e não de uma suíte compatível com a expectativa criada pela descrição da reserva. O que mais me desagradou, entretanto, foi a postura adotada diante da reclamação. A responsabilidade foi atribuída ao Hoteis.com e a mim próprio, sob o argumento de que eu deveria ter verificado previamente as dimensões do quarto. Viajo com frequência e me hospedo em hotéis de diferentes categorias, mas nunca encontrei uma acomodação tão pequena sendo apresentada como suíte de casal. Infelizmente, essa experiência ficou muito aquém do padrão que eu esperava do hotel.

Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito da pousada, da limpeza ao café da manhã, dos funcionários ao espaço, segurança e comodidade. Único ponto de sinalização foi no quarto onde ficamos, encontramos um problema mas que soubemos se virar e passamos a recepção para os próximos não ter a mesma situação. Não foi nada que atrapalhe nosso passeio. Foi tudo quase perfeito, só não enviarei 5 estrelas por essa situação.

Eles possuem uma jacuzzi com valor cobrado à parte, porém a Dona Claudia não responde o WhatsApp para a reserva. Tentamos sem sucesso, isso caracterizou falta de interesse. Logo na chegada fui supreendida pelos colaboradores da recepção com um tremendo mal humor, como era somente uma noite optamos por permanecer ali, porém não sei se voltarei um dia. No mais, parabéns pelo excelente café da manhã.
