O hotel tem uma estrutura simples, mas muito funcional. Os quartos têm boa distribuição e serve bem aos seus objetivos. O Ibis ainda conta com café da manhã e uma loja de conveniências no piso térreo, garagem coberta e está bem próximo do centro da cidade. Desta vez, o banheiro não havia sido abastecido com shampoo.

O banheiro estava em péssimas condições. Caia três gotas do chuveiro. A pessoa chega de um dia cansativo, pagando e toma um banho de pingo. Além disso tinha um vazamento atrás do vaso sanitário e a tampa dele totalmente quebrada. Claramente não houve uma revisão de quarto para permitir novo hóspede nessas condições. Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece e mesmo fazendo reclamação na portaria torna a acontecer.

Quarto (com cama casal, confortável) muito limpo, silencioso e funcional, apenas o banheiro é um pouco apertado e não tem frigobar, porém fui instruído de que caso houvesse necessidade há geladeira na recepção à disposição. Internet muito boa. Bom café da manhã. Equipe de funcionários educados e cordiais. Garagem no 1º andar com acesso a elevador. Não há serviço de quarto.
