O chuveiro do quarto estava queimado. Solicitei o reparo ou a troca do quarto. Aguardei por uma hora, e nada. Liguei novamente para a recepção, e o atendente nem estava ciente da situação. Mais uma hora depois, após uma nova reclamação, enviaram uma pessoa para trocar a resistência do chuveiro.

Hotel praticamente novo, com ótimo atendimento na recepção (pela Carol). Estacionamento coberto, porém pequeno. Sem problemas fora da temporada, assim como os elevadores. Opção de boa comida no restaurante do hotel, em amplo espaço. Andar alto tem uma vista muito agradável. Com certeza voltarei. E recomendo!

O café, em si, não era de boa qualidade. Não tinha aquele cheirinho de café fresco. Sucos muito doces e não eram naturais. O quarto era bom, porém, após a primeira noite, não trocaram as toalhas de rosto e banho. Eu tive que pedir. Eu preciso usar uma máquina de respirar pra dormir. Porém, a voltagem de SC é 220v e a minha máquina é 110. Deveria ter um transformador para 110v. Fiquei em outro hotel em Itajaí e eles me providenciaram um. Considerando que pessoas de outros estados visitam o hotel seria bom providenciarem transformadores para 110v.
