O hotel é muito bom. O quarto que ficamos era excelente. O que deixou a desejar foi a questão do estacionamento que é pago e não fomos informados. Os elevadores são pouco práticos, demorando muitas vezes para chegar de onde vc está acionando. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi que no quarto não havia copos para bebidas, quando solicitei, me cobraram para levar até o quarto.
